Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • At
    least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
    required for this position, Especially in Manufacturing Industry
  • Experienced
    in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed,
    and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
  • Familiar with safety management system, with strong safety awareness of equipment and personnel
  • Have good knowledge of maintenance procedure, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system to be maintained
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Result driven and have good people management
  • Willing to work at Jonggol – Bogor
