- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Mathematics or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Min. 2 or more years proven experience in data analysis and end-user engagement
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in SSIS and SRSS
- Have experience in BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc
- Have experience in programming either in Java / .NET / Python/R, Big Data, PHP etc. It is not mandatory, but a big advantage
- Good understanding of applied statistic skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc
