Program Manager


Description

Main Responsibilities : 
1. Project coordinator for company-wide or multi BU digital transformation initiatives 
2. Ensure projects goals align with the company’s strategic mission and objectives
3. Own and execute against project plans, prioritization, and delivery commitments
4. Report on project status, milestones and goals to stakeholders
5. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the ability to launch a project on time
6. Identifying and managing resource and budget
7. Collaboration with both internal & external parties for project implementation
8. Manage project administration in detailed manner


Qualifications

Requirement Specification
1. Bachelor degree majoring in business administration or any related field
2. 3-5 years solid experience in Project/ Program Management
3. Experience in transformation programs delivery 
4. Experience in Product development is a plus
5. Understanding on several project management methodology like waterfall, agile, Kanban, Lean six sigma.
6. Strong interpersonal skill, negotiation, & communication
